I've had this tree up for about a month now. The price was great, the shipping was fast, the packaging was excellent, and the tree is easy to put together. The materials are solid, with metal threaded bolts so you can tighten it without fear of stripping any plastic parts. The platforms are wood and nice lush carpet tacked and glued on very well. I have full confidence this will stand for years. My cat loves it.

The tree is very stable & both my cats like it! I was worried because of the lowish price that the tree would be unsteady or flimsy but it's very nice.

I was skeptical at first however I am very glad that I trusted this site to furnish my Mercy with her TREE. She loves it. It came in a med size box and was easily put together and is very sturdy. I picked the gray with 3 cat scratching posts. She is a hairless and she loves all the cozy spots to sit. I would order from them in heart beat.

Me and my kitty love this cactus tree. He weights like 10-11lbs so his is a little small. He lays in the hammock all day and loves to play with the scratcher! Would definitely buy again :)

The cat tree I purchased is awesome!
I did receive a base with a too wide open for the screw but it was replaced immediately without any issues! Definitely recommend!! Great service

I received my cat tree quickly and it was pretty easy to put together. My cats love it and so do I!

I accidentally ordered the wrong cat tree, and a wonderful person with Cat Tree Palace was able to stop that order before it went out and replace it with the right one. My cat, Moose, loves the cat tree, but at 11 lbs, he is a little too big for it I should have ordered something meant for larger-sized cats.
