When you order an item from this website, you are confirming your agreement to our Shipping, Delivery and warranty policy. You are also agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days from dispatch. Delivery time frames for your order can vary based on a variety of factors including your shipping location, size & weight of your order, time of the year, logistical issues (including but not limited to flooding, snow, wildfires, courier delays during peak periods) etc. Therefore, we recommend that you allow more time for your delivery to arrive.

The fulfillment centers in which our products are stored and dispatched from are:

  • Central American fulfillment center: 11833 Cutten Rd,Suite  100 Houston Tx 77066
  • East American fulfillment center: 301 Grove Rd, West Deptford, Thorofare, NJ 08086

Most orders are shipped from our West American fulfillment center.

Approximate delivery time-frames after dispatch are as follows:

  • If you live in Western America: 3-4 business days
  • If you live in Eastern America: 6-8 business days 

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates, time frames or times as this is not something our delivery partners are able to guarantee either.

We use FedEx to ship almost all of our packages. Once the courier has your package, delivery times are out of our control.

Shipping & Tracking

Dispatch typically takes 1-3 working days after your order. We will send you order tracking details from one of our couriers. Please allow up to 2 working days from time of notification sent for the couriers online tracking information to be updated.

Some products are shipped out of the Amazon warehouse. There are at times, delays with dispatch and tracking details being sent for these affected items. This is noted in the description of affected products. 
Tracking and delivery, may be delayed by 1-2 days business days.

Orders are not processed on Public Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays as we are closed

**Holidays (Christmas)** Due to the increase in online shopping as we approach the holidays, some dispatch & delivery delays may occur, we ask our customers to please be patient. Once the courier has your package, delivery times are out of our control. Some delays may also be the result of inclement weather such as snow. Many routes may be experiencing only minor delays, while others are taking longer. Our warehouse is working at normal capacity the majority of the time and orders are being dispatched on time most of the time. Please use the tracking details you have been sent to track your order. Unsuccessful Deliveries 

You will incur a re-delivery fee if your item(s) delivery is unsuccessful for any of the following reasons:

  • You entered an incorrect or Inaccurate address
  • You failed to pick up your parcel within the acceptable time frame
  • You or the Receiver rejected the package.

Where possible, for larger items please avoid entering a PO Box number as we may not be able to ship your order to a PO Box due to size & weight restrictions. In the above case, we may contact you requesting an alternate address and it is your responsibility to provide this.


Most non-electronic items on this website are sold with a 12-month warranty.

Most electronic items on this website are sold with a 3 month warranty.

Please contact us before you place your order if you are unsure about the warranty status of your items.

Warranty does not apply to faults and damages caused by misuse or damages and faults caused during assembly or delivery.


To lodge a claim under these warranty conditions you must contact us within 10 working days from receipt of the item. We reserve the right to refuse any claims under this warranty after this period.
